HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer every email in the order it arrives, usually within 24 hours. Write to us at serviceteam@onestartees.store.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
Every shirt is printed just for you in the USA. Orders typically ship within 2 business days (a little longer around year-end holidays), and you'll get the tracking number by email.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Once shipped, allow about 5–7 days for delivery.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is free on every US order, no minimum.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Not always. Different styles are printed at different US facilities, so a mixed order can arrive in separate packages a day or two apart.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Email us with your name and order number as soon as possible. Orders go to print quickly, so we can't promise a change once printing has started, but we'll do everything we can.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses in every state except Florida, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is coming soon.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT OR IT DOESN'T FIT?
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. See our Return & Refund Policy.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
Sorry about that! Email us a photo with your order number and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send it back.
