Not happy for any reason? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

FREE RETURNS
Returns are free. Email serviceteam@onestartees.store with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. There are no restocking or return-processing fees. Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Email us and we'll set up a free exchange.

REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you and refund your original payment method. Banks usually post the refund within 5–10 business days. If you haven't seen it by then, email us and we'll look into it.
