Shipping Policy

Every One Star Tees item is printed to order in the USA and ships with tracking.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship within 2 business days (a little longer around year-end holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

US DELIVERY
Once shipped, allow about 5–7 days for delivery.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on every US order, no minimum.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to US addresses in every state except Florida, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is coming soon.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
Different styles are printed at different US facilities, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one package.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking stalls for more than 7 business days or your order arrives damaged, email serviceteam@onestartees.store with your order number and we'll make it right. We reply within 24 hours.
