Refund policy

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: Not happy for any reason? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

FREE RETURNS: Returns are free. Email serviceteam@onestartees.store with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. There are no restocking or return-processing fees. Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISPRINTED ITEMS: Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

EXCHANGES: Need a different size? Email us and we'll set up a free exchange.

REFUNDS: Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you and refund your original payment method. Banks usually post the refund within 5-10 business days. If you haven't seen it by then, email us and we'll look into it.
